เมื่อวันที่ 23–24 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านการวิจัยเชื้อรา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้เข้าร่วมงาน MFU Research Expo 2025

เมื่อวันที่ 23–24 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านการวิจัยเชื้อรา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้เข้าร่วมงาน MFU Research Expo 2025 ภายใต้แนวคิด “งานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีและอนาคตที่ยั่งยืน (Research and Innovation for Well-being and a Sustainable Future)” ณ ชั้น 5 อาคารอุทยานการศึกษา (M-square) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง

ภายในงาน ศูนย์ฯ ได้นำเสนอผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเด่นด้านการวิจัยเชื้อรา รวมถึงวัสดุชีวภาพที่พัฒนาจากเส้นใยเห็ด ซึ่งมุ่งส่งเสริมการพัฒนาวัสดุอย่างยั่งยืน การใช้ประโยชน์จากวัสดุเหลือทิ้งทางการเกษตรในท้องถิ่น เม็ดสีจากเชื้อรา และการสร้างความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในระยะยาว

การจัดแสดงผลงานครั้งนี้นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ เสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัย และแสดงให้เห็นถึงบทบาทของงานวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ในการสนับสนุนคุณภาพชีวิตและอนาคตที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป

 

Center of Excellence in Fungal Research Joins MFU Research Expo 2025

The Center of Excellence in Fungal Research, Mae Fah Luang University, participated in MFU Research Expo 2025, held under the theme “Research and Innovation for Well-being and a Sustainable Future (Well-being and Sustainable Future)”.

The event took place during 23–24 December 2025 at the 5th Floor, Educational Park Building (M-square), Mae Fah Luang University.

At the expo, the Center presented outstanding research and innovations in fungal research, including bio-based materials developed from mushroom mycelium. These innovations aim to promote sustainable material development, resource utilization of local agricultural waste, fungal pigments, and long-term environmental sustainability.

The exhibition provided an important platform for sharing knowledge, strengthening research networks, and demonstrating the role of scientific research in supporting well-being and a sustainable future.
