Chemical loaning form
1. Process to Chemical Borrowing

• Students should download the Chemicals Requisition Form from the center's website and complete the chemical loan details according to the information in the form (Details of chemical numbers and names can be found on the website chemical list)

• Students must request approval of the completed chemical loan form from the advisor or research advisor and submit the Chemicals Requisition Form to the scientist
3
• The scientist will contact the student and provide the necessary chemicals within 1-2 days after the loan form is submitted
